Visualize Your Best Life
I, of all people, know that in order to get what you want, you have to believe you can. You have to be able to visualize it. But what if you stop believing? What if something or someone made you believe instead, that you will never get what you want?
I've worked with so many people in my life and I've also observed my own losses and ruins. Once something occurs or once something is said too many times, we start to believe differently. It's a horrible trick of the mind. I know people who say they will never date or marry again. I know people who say they can't get the job they really want or can't be what they really want to be.
I know people who say they can't get the job they really want or can't be what they really want to be.
The truth is I've been down this road myself. More than once in my life. The only road out is to find a way to believe again. To make that decision again that you can get it done. To figure out what you can do about it. But most of all, the one crazy thing I would do... is imagine it happening. I would use my imagination to create stories in my mind about how I wanted things to go.
I know it sounds silly and childish but it always worked. It might not have worked the next day, nor in the exact way I imagined it but it did work. The more I visualized what I wanted to occur, the more I convinced myself and became confident about it that it COULD occur. Of course it helps to self-improve too. To put action to your thoughts. For example, I hear a lot of women say I want this, this and this in a man. That's great! Go visualize that. However, go and improve yourself so you are what that type of guy would want to. And don't say you don't need to improve girl, because we all know everyone needs improvement!
