Am I as Fat as I Look in This Picture?!

Updated: Oct 26, 2019

How many of you have asked that question when looking at a photo of yourself? I actually was going to crop this photo. Then I thought about deleting it. Then I finally said, "F#$K It" and realized that this is part of my journey of going back to the real me. If you can't face what you currently look like, then you won't be able to "see" or acknowledge that something needs to be done about it.

Overall, I think this is a cool shot. However, I do not like how I look in this photo at all. As far as I'm concerned, that's me in a "fat suit". Now, someone may be reading this and thinking, "Well, if you think THAT is fat, then what am I?" Don't compare yourself to my opinion of myself. Everyone has their own degree of comfort in their skin. This is not mine because I'm not meant to be this heavy. It all depends on where YOU want to be. Let YOU determine what your goal is and what feels good and what is attractive to YOU. Don't determine that by other people's opinions or what you see on social media. For me, this doesn't look like "me".

I am going to let you know, it look me a long time to get to this point. Allowing myself to be photographed while not being happy with myself. I'm on a new journey now. One that wants to use my life as an example to help others walk the path of their own journey and keep on walking it until they get what they want.

Besides, you can't show how far you've come if you don't document the journey. I intend to reach my goals and therefore I've allowed myself to post this pic. Are you on a similar journey? Tell the Crus8ders about it in your comment below! We want your inspiration and help!
